To ensure clarity and mutual understanding between our team and our clients, the following Terms & Conditions outline the policies related to booking, payment, cancellations, liability, and general travel requirements. By confirming a trip with us, you agree to these terms as part of your travel contract.

A booking is only confirmed once a deposit has been received and a confirmation has been issued by Maverick Safaris. Full payment must be completed within the agreed timeframe prior to the safari start date.
All prices are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods. Clients are responsible for any bank charges or currency conversion fees.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds are issued based on the following schedule:
More than 60 days before departure: 80% refund
30–59 days before departure: 50% refund
Less than 30 days before departure: No refund
Non-refundable costs from third-party vendors may apply.
Changes to confirmed bookings depend on availability and may incur additional costs. We will assist where possible, but amendments are not guaranteed.
All travellers are required to have valid, comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, lost luggage, and more. Maverick Safaris is not liable for costs due to a lack of adequate insurance.
Travellers must meet the health and vaccination requirements of their destination. Please consult a healthcare provider or travel clinic before departure.
Clients are responsible for obtaining valid travel documents and visas. Maverick Safaris can offer guidance, but is not liable for denied entry or travel delays due to visa issues.
Maverick Safaris will not be held liable for injuries, losses, damages, or delays caused by third parties, acts of nature, or unforeseen circumstances. Participation in tours is at the traveller’s own risk.
We do our best to provide unforgettable wildlife experiences, but sightings can never be guaranteed as animals roam freely in their natural environments.
Photos or videos taken during your safari may be used in our marketing materials. Please let us know in advance if you prefer not to appear in any promotional content.
Any complaints should be reported to your guide or trip coordinator immediately. Formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days after your safari ends.
